Terms of Service

Clear, straightforward terms governing your dedicated bot container runtime, subscriptions, and acceptable use.

Last updated: October 2026

1. Acceptance & Scope of Service

By accessing the Darklin3 platform, authenticating your Discord account, or provisioning a bot worker, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Darklin3 provides isolated Discord bot container runtimes. Rather than sharing a congested public bot token, each tenant is allocated dedicated worker resources configured with their own Discord Application credentials.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (Zero Tolerance)

You agree to use Darklin3 solely for lawful server management and community engagement. You agree not to use Darklin3 to:

  • Conduct or assist with Discord server raids, flood attacks, automated mass pings, or channel destruction.
  • Send unsolicited mass Direct Messages (DM spam or promotional advertising).
  • Distribute phishing links, malicious files, or execute unauthorized external exploits.
  • Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
  • Attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Darklin3 worker orchestration runtime.

Any bot instance found violating this policy will be terminated immediately and may be reported to Discord Trust & Safety.

3. Subscriptions & Service Access

  • Service Access: Darklin3 offers free starter tier access for server onboarding and configuration. Pro and advanced dedicated worker upgrades, when activated, will be billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through an authorized secure billing gateway.
  • Cancellation: When paid subscriptions are active, you may cancel your renewal at any time through your dashboard billing settings. Your bot will remain fully active with all Pro features until the end of the paid billing period.

4. Service Availability & Uptime

We aim for 99.99% gateway availability for dedicated worker runtimes. However, uptime may occasionally be impacted by Discord API outages or network disruptions beyond our control. We provide real-time status updates through our dashboard and community channels.

5. Intellectual Property & User Assets

You retain complete ownership of all custom server canvas artwork, custom banners, logos, and greeting copy uploaded to Darklin3. The Darklin3 brand, website design, and worker engine remain the exclusive property of Darklin3.

6. Limitation of Liability

Darklin3 is provided on an "as-is" basis. In no event shall Darklin3 or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or actions taken by Discord Inc. against your bot application.

7. Discord Inc. Trademark Disclaimer

Discord is a registered trademark of Discord Inc. Darklin3 is an independent third-party software provider and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Discord Inc.
