1. Electronic Software Delivery (No Physical Goods)

Darklin3 operates exclusively as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Discord infrastructure provider. No physical products, boxes, or hardware are shipped.

All purchases, subscriptions, and plan upgrades are delivered entirely in digital format over the internet.

2. Instant Automated Provisioning

We believe in zero waiting times. Upon successful payment verification by our payment gateway (Dodo Payments):

• Instant Fulfillment: Delivery is automated and takes place within 3 to 15 seconds of payment authorization.
• Dedicated Worker Lease: The Darklin3 orchestration engine automatically allocates and binds an isolated worker container lease to your tenant application.
• Feature Activation: Pro features — including dynamic 1080p canvas greeting cards, priority shard leases, unlimited custom commands, and advanced audit logs — are immediately unlocked on your dashboard.

3. Digital Invoices & Transaction Receipts

Immediately following your transaction:

• An automated, itemized payment receipt containing your Transaction ID, invoice number, and plan specifications will be dispatched to your registered billing email address.
• A downloadable copy of all invoices is permanently accessible from your Tenant Dashboard under Billing History.

4. Delivery Failure & Reconciliation Support

In the rare event that network latency or webhook delays prevent immediate account status reflection:

• Wait 60 seconds and refresh your Tenant Dashboard.
• If your upgrade is not active within 5 minutes, our automated reconciliation worker will re-poll the payment gateway and update your lease.
